The reality on every jobsite

Manual Hand Screeding Hasn't Changed In Decades.

Concrete finishing has evolved significantly. Tools, mixes, equipment, and timelines have all advanced, yet hand screeding remains one of the most labor-intensive finishing tasks on the jobsite. Every concrete finisher knows it.

01

Constant bending

Repeated bending forces the body into unnatural positions that quickly wear you down.

02

Shoulder & back strain

Poor posture overloads shoulders and lower back with unnecessary repeated stress.

03

Long-term injury risk

Daily strain compounds over time — chronic injuries and reduced career longevity.

04

Power loss upright

With other methods you lose leverage as you rise — SCREEDBARS™ increase it.

05

Early pull fatigue

Muscles burn out fast, limiting consistency and endurance across the pour.

06

Reduced pour efficiency

Fatigue and lost leverage slow production on larger slabs and longer runs.

Designed to let you stand up and work longer.

The fix

Designed to let you stand up and work longer.

SCREEDBARS™ delivers a true upright working stance that changes how finishers move, pull, and control the slab. By restoring proper body alignment, you generate more leverage without forcing your back, shoulders, and arms into unnatural positions.

Instead of losing power as you rise, you maintain consistent force through the entire pull — better control, cleaner results. Finish stronger, last longer, and protect your body for the years ahead.

Engineered, not improvised

Eight things it gets right.

01

True upright stance

Staying upright removes constant stress from your back and shoulders the moment you start pulling.

02

Increased leverage control

Restores pulling power without sacrificing precision or feel. You stay in control from first pass to last.

03

Adjustable working height

Multiple height settings let each finisher dial in a natural stance for any crew, slab depth, or condition.

04

Padded ergonomic arms

Comfortable padded arms reduce pressure points and hand fatigue during extended use, with a secure grip.

05

Straight-edge compatible

Works seamlessly with both wood and aluminum straight edges. No special blades or proprietary parts.

06

Fast secure setup

The clamp system locks in quickly and holds firm under load — less time adjusting, more time screeding.

07

Vibration-ready design

Built to work with vibratory attachments when needed. Added vibration improves consolidation — your control intact.

08

Straight talk

Are Screedbars™ right for your crew?

We'd rather you buy the right tool than the wrong one. Here's the honest picture.

Where it shines

  • True upright stance — less strain on back, shoulders, and arms all day.
  • Maintains full leverage through the entire pull for cleaner, more consistent results.
  • Works with the wood or aluminum straight edge you already own — no proprietary parts.
  • Tool-free clamp locks in fast and holds firm under load.
  • Vibration-ready when you need added consolidation.

Worth knowing

  • It's an ergonomic handle system — not a powered screed. This is still hand-finishing, done smarter.
  • Pre-order means a short lead time before your unit ships.
  • A premium tool priced above a basic bull float — it pays back in reduced fatigue and longevity.
  • Expect a pass or two to dial in your ideal height on first setup.
  • With other methods you lose leverage as you rise — SCREEDBARS™ increase it.
